This document is an invitation for letter of interest, to inform the industry of GJS 2020 and procure Letter of Interest Forms. This procedure is also for GJC to gauge the level of interest and make adequate arrangements. Accordingly, GJC will subsequently be working, making arrangements, and taking actions basis the representations and interest shown by applicants. Please note that mere application in the Letter of Interest Form does not guarantee an allocation of space and the same is subject to the fnal defnitive documents to be entered into with each participant. However, subject to the conditions provided here under, application through the Letter of Interest Form records your interest to participate and will provide you preference in allocation over others who have not submitted the form.</p> <p>2. The above Letter of Interest Form is only for seeking stalls in Hall no 1, 5 and 6 (which is Hall no 1, 2 and 3 as per new Layout of BEC) at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon East, Mumbai.</p> <p>3. GJC members and non-members are permitted to submit the Letter of Interest Form.</p> <p>4. 1st Preference for allotment will be given to participants of Preferred Manufacturers of India (PMI) 5th edition, 2nd Preference will be given to Life Members of GJC, 3rd Preference will be given to Annual members of GJC and 4th Preference will be given to non-members.</p> <p>5. Allocation preference of space will range in descending order (big booth to small booth).</p> <p>6. Upon conrmation of your space / booth, the amount paid in pursuance to the Letter of Interest Form will be adjusted against the total amount of participation. If space / booth is not allotted to you by GJC, the same amount will be refunded to you without any interest, within 15 working days of the decision of non- allocation. However, if you wish to cancel your application for reasons not attributable to GJC or in case of disagreement of any of the terms proposed by GJC, the initial token amount paid in pursuance to the Letter of Interest Form, will not be refunded.</p> <p>7. Floor Plan, GJS 2020 Exhibitor participant cost will be announced soon and other services will be launched soon.</p> <p>8. GJC reserves the right to plan / implement / amend the rules of allotment of space / booth for this show</p> <p>9 GJC reserves the right to unilaterally cancel / amend the process of Letter of Interest and change or do away with the allotment guidelines as described above without assigning any reason based on decision/s by GJC.</p> <p>10. Kindly submit this letter of interest form on or before 15th November 2019.</p> <p>11. Please note that no application will be accepted if it is not properly signed and stamped. Along with the above, receipt of relevant token amount in the account of GJC will signify completion of application.
