  <p class="mb-2">As a Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 Jury Member, you must agree to these conditions:</p>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 </strong>(Aster DM Healthcare, as the Organizer of the 	Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 and as the legal representative of the Participants’ taking part in the Award, as the (“Disclosing Party”, “We”,”	Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023”) is intended and entitled to share certain proprietary information with the <strong>Jury Member</strong> (“Receiving Party”, ”Recipient”, ”You”, ”Jury Member”). Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Jury Member agrees to the terms and conditions written in this Agreement.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Protect Information of the Participants.</strong> Core Definition of Confidential Information : For purposes of this Agreement, <strong>“Confidential Information”</strong> means any data or information that is proprietary to the Disclosing Party (or that is proprietary of the Participants and trusted to the Disclosing Party) and not generally known to the public, whether in tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed, including, but not limited to any information that should reasonably be recognized as confidential information of the Disclosing Party. Confidential Information need not be novel, unique, patentable, copyrightable or constitute a trade secret in order to be designated Confidential Information.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members promises to judge the entries in a timely manner.</strong> If you are not able to judge the entries in a timely manner, you should let us know in advance so that we could appoint another jury member; as a jury member, you have the due diligence of judging these entries.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members promises to judge the entries without any prejudice</strong> and evaluate the entries based on pre-defined evaluation parameters.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members promises to judge the entries themselves.</strong> You cannot appoint your secretary, partners or any other third parties to do this task. You must especially judge the entries yourself since this particular task is designated just for you; you are trusted by the 	Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 based on your skillset, knowledge and biography.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members promises not to disclose any information about the entries</strong> you are evaluating to anyone. You are not permitted to make a copy of entries, to distribute them in digital mediums or to send to another individual/colleague for any reason. </li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members shall not vote for people you know.</strong> You will disclose entries to us where you have a direct interest and abstain from evaluating the same. </li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members are kindly invited to provide feedback for voting/evaluation criteria.</strong> Before voting entries, for each section and award category, we will ask you to input your ideas about the judging process and evaluation criteria so that we could improve the methodology and procedures. This ensures that the evaluation criteria are always contemporary and relevant.</li>

    <li class="mainHead"><strong>Jury Members understand we will use their names in our communications.</strong> By becoming a jury member, you must understand that we will use your name and a profile image, to co-brand the event, to increase its credibility and prestige. We will include your name in the webpage and communication. </li>

    <li class="mainHead">This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties, with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement can only be modified by a written amendment signed by the party against whom enforcement of such modification is sought.</li>

    <li class="mainHead">Although the restrictions contained in this Agreement are considered by the parties to be reasonable for the purpose of protecting the Confidential Information, if any such restriction is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision will be modified, rewritten or interpreted to include as much of its nature and scope as will render it enforceable. If it cannot be so modified, rewritten or interpreted to be enforceable in any respect, it will not be given effect, and the remainder of the Agreement will be enforced as if such provision was not included.</li>

    <li class="mainHead">Any failure by either party to enforce the other party’s strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement</li>

    <li class="mainHead">This Agreement is personal in nature, and neither party may directly or indirectly assign or transfer it by operation of law or otherwise without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. All obligations contained in this Agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors, assigns and designees.</li>

By proceeding further by judging and evaluating entries, you will be legally and ethically bound, as a 	Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award 2023 Jury Member, by this Agreement.
