- This award aims to identify, recognize and reward the contribution made by women entrepreneurs to the Indian Gems & Jewellery Industry across various segments and location
- A lady who is an owner in a partnership/sole-proprietorship can nominate herself
- The case study submitted under this category should demonstrate a measurable impact on the industry and other stakeholders during the period April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
- Winners of previous editions cannot participate in the awards. The participant should submit their entry with relevant supporting (pictures/ images/ documents/ stories etc.)
- The winner for this category will be selected by the NJA committee

- Contribution to the business and industry
- Value addition to relevant stakeholders – internal and external
- Impact on the industry/stakeholders
- Future growth of the business
