This Award will recognize an individual who has showcased longevity in the Indian Gems & Jewellery Industry. The award acknowledges the individuals sustained achievements within the business community during a distinguished career. The nominee should be above 50 years of age as on March 31, 2022

To recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional work in the defined period towards enhancing the growth of the organization in Gems & Jewellery sector. The nominee in this category should be CEO, COO, MD, Founder equivalent. This Award will be presented to four persons across each of the four regions of the country–North, South, East & West as defined by the NJA committee.
